With a slight change in diet and a whole lot of walking I have managed to drop 35 pounds. But I am confident that I can do it.Ī little bit more about me: 6 months ago I weighed 225 pounds. Most seem to recommend that I should get into a little better shape before even attempting this program. Today marks the first day of 63 total with the program and, after completing the fit test, I am already excited for the results I know are coming!
